Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance All times listed are Eastern Standard Time A one half hour window is allowed for late arrival to a scheduled Seal Clearing Session Appointment; tardiness beyond thirty minutes will result in the session being cancelled, with a one-time-only option to reschedule the session. Two missed sessions will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the payment for the session.
